Veterinary services are to be paid in full no later than at the time of discharge.
We accept a variety of payment options, including cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express or any combination of the aforementioned.
If financial problems exist, please let us know at once. We are able to refer you to CareCredit,* where financial assistance may be available.
In those cases where accounts are not paid in full, bills will be sent out twice monthly on the 1st and the 15th of the month. In order to offset the cost of this billing, $5.00 will be added to the balance each time a bill is mailed as will a one percent (1%) finance charge each month. In order to avoid the $5.00 billing charge and the one percent (1%) finance charge, payments must be received within 14 days of the billing date. Accounts more than 90 days old may be referred to a third party for collection.
